We are supporting communities and building our most environmentally conscious homes to date.

Did you know that we have allocated £1.05m to the local community as part of our commitment to future residents as well as those living around our Hemlock Gate development in Bramcote, Nottinghamshire.

As part of the section 106 agreement, we’ll be investing in public transport, improvements to roads, education, and wildlife habitats.

We are also proud to say that we are investing in the future with environmental considerations one of our top priorities.

Hemlock Gate is our most eco-friendly development to date. Every property will have an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate, which can be attributed in part to air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, electric car chargers and solar panels.

We are building bungalows, and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses at the site.
