Phase two of its 148-home Woodlands Heights development has been released to coincide with the opening of a new sales cabin and viewing platform.
The launch, on Good Friday, April 2, is expected to attract a steady flow of potential home buyers eager to snap up the development’s most popular properties.
It will be the first opportunity for the public to fully reserve plots in Phase two of the 22-acre scheme at Bullbridge, nestled in the undulating Derbyshire countryside between Ambergate and Crich.
The new sales cabin, which will be Covid-safe, with divider screens, hand sanitiser stations and controlled capacity, will be open between 10am and 5pm on Good Friday. Prospective buyers are requested to book a slot in advance through sales agent Bagshaws Residential to avoid disappointment.
To maximise the visitor experience, we will also be opening a new viewing platform to allow people to experience the full extent of this stunning site as well as the picturesque River Amber nearby.
Kerri Bywater, of Bagshaws Residential, said: “With the end of lockdown now in our sights, we are expecting a major boost in sales, beginning at the Easter weekend.
“Woodlands Heights is in such a beautiful setting, with homes designed to complement the environment and create a distinctive village atmosphere. Yet it’s got such great access to cities like Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield that it’s attracting all types of people who want to live in the countryside but not have a long commute to work.”
Phase 2 of the scheme consists of 12 homes, including the three-bedroom detached Poppy and the development’s most popular home, the Abingdon, a four-bedroom detached house set over three floors, with integral garage, spacious open-plan kitchen-dining-living area and luxury fixtures and fittings.
Simon Gardiner, managing director of Peter James Homes, said: “This development has everything – and it really needs to be witnessed first-hand to appreciate the incredible location.
“I would urge anyone considering a move to take a serious look at Woodlands Heights. We look forward to welcoming people at our new sales cabin from Friday.“
The sales cabin will also be making use of a 55” touchscreen to enable visitors to take a 360-degree virtual tour around the development and some of its homes.
The first properties in the development are expected to be completed for September 21. Released property prices range from £280,000 – £510,000.
