Only one plot of phase one now remaining at Pentrich Fields as pre-sales surpass expectations!

Pre-sales of new properties on our latest development – Pentrich Fields in Giltbrook – have surpassed the expectations of both ourselves and our local estate agent, with only one plot of phase one now remaining.

‘Pentrich Fields’ will be a development of 91 2, 3 and 4-bed contemporary new homes located in Giltbrook, within easy access to the A610 and M1 and in close proximity to the successful Ikea retail park. First completions are set for September 17 and Kimberley-based estate agent William H Brown has recorded a vast amount of interest in the homes since announcing the release of phase one only a few months ago on Boxing Day.

“We are delighted with the sales rate at Pentrich Fields,” says Daniel Bishop from William H Brown. “We knew the development would be popular as Peter James Homes properties are well-known for their unique designs and quality builds, but pre-sales have surpassed even our expectations. The first sales phase is almost sold out and several early bird reservations have already been taken on later stages.”

With work on the 5.8 acre site now well underway, and the first showhomes anticipated for July 2017, the number of enquiries have been increasing daily – particularly in the last few weeks. From our previous developments – Rosedale Mews in Ravenshead and Kingston Meadows in East Leake – we have gained a reputation for building attractive, modern properties that boast a high-end finish as standard.

“We have been inundated with enquiries on all house types,” adds Daniel Bishop. “We feel the development brings a much-needed variety of house sizes – for first-time buyers but larger families too. They’re built to the high Peter James Homes standard, and they are all offering parking which is a real appeal.”

With 2-bed homes from £147,500, 3-beds from £182,500 and 4-beds from £247,500, William H Brown is giving much of the early sales credit to the Help to Buy scheme.

“The benefit of Help to Buy being available on the development has helped produce the high levels of sales on the site, with many buyers choosing to take advantage of the scheme,” said Daniel Bishop. “With Help to Buy, customers only need a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest, as the Government lends you up to 20% of the cost of your new built home. It really is a great option for those either starting out on the housing ladder, or progressing to a bigger home.”
