Nottingham-based housebuilder, Peter James Homes is celebrating a successful launch weekend of its latest development – Pentrich Fields in Giltbrook, Nottinghamshire.
Two brand new show homes – the Aspen and the Alder, both 3-bed detached properties – were officially unveiled by Peter James, MD Simon Gardiner on Saturday, before a steady stream of visitors stepped through the doors throughout the weekend.
Situated close to the A610, the M1 and the Ikea Retail Park, Pentrich Fields is Peter James’ largest development to date, with 91 2, 3 and 4-bed contemporary new homes set to be built over the next 2 years, completing around spring 2019.
